Asia Pulp and Paper (USA, Indonesia and Australia). Acting for reinsurers.
Enron (Europe). John was seconded from his then law firm into Enron Europe, as a Senior Legal Counsel for the five months leading up to the day PwC moved in at the end of 2001. This role involved transactional advice to the metals trading team and dispute management. This proved to be an inside seat to witness the day by day unfolding of what was then the largest US corporate collapse in history.
Lan Guan Chan (Malaysia and Singapore). Acting for US creditor.
